EXPLANATION: Transfers the Infrastructure Bank to the SCDOT
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL
PROVISIONS, page 495, after line 30, by adding an appropriately
numbered paragraph to read:
/(GP: Transfer State Transportation Infrastructure Bank to
Department of Transportation) For the current fiscal year,
effective July 1, 2017, the duties, functions, responsibilities,
personnel, funding, and physical assets of the State
Transportation Infrastructure Bank are transferred to the
Department of Transportation. The Department of Administration
and the Office of the Comptroller General shall facilitate and
coordinate this transfer. /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
