Amend the bill, as and if amended, by Section 27-32-55, as contained in SECTION 1, is amended by adding an appropriately lettered subsection at the end to read:

/      ( )      No maintenance fee or other assessment may be applied to or accrue against a timeshare interest owned by a member of the United States Armed Forces or the South Carolina National Guard while deployed on active duty." /
