Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 82, DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES, page 419, after line 32, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ (DMV: Real ID) For Fiscal Year 2017-18, the Department of Motor Vehicles may expend any available earmarked cash reserves, with the exception of the $1,000,000 designated for the Phoenix III pilot, on the implementation of Read ID. /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
