    Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered new SECTION to read:
/     SECTION     __.     Section 40-57-710 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding a new subitem to read:

    "(29)     fails to disclose civil judgments brought on grounds of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceit."     /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
