Amend the bill, as and if amended, by deleting SECTIONS 2-5.

Amend the bill further, as and if amended, by adding appropriately numbered SECTIONS to read:

/      SECTION      ___.      Article 4, Title 58 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION      ___.      The Code Commissioner is authorized to change references in the 1976 Code from the Office of Regulatory Staff to the Utilities Consumer Advocate and update references to Article 4, Title 58 as necessary.      /
