The General Committee proposed the following amendment (796R001.DR.VAS):
    Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, page 1, by striking lines 41 through 42 and inserting:

/     (a)     the Governor, ex officio, or his designee;
    (b)     the Lieutenant Governor, ex officio, or his designee;             /

Amend the joint resolution further, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered new SECTION to read:

/SECTION     __.     The South Carolina American Revolution Sestercentennial Commission may develop or adopt appropriate branding in order to promote its efforts to the public.             /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
