EXPLANATION: Interscholastic Athletic Association Dues
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1,
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 285, paragraph 1.60, after line
13, by inserting:
/(6) does not implement statewide indepentent contractor
fees. If fee schedules are implemented by the association, body,
or entity, then benefits, including but not limited to workers'
compensation, health insurance, and pension are to be provided
to the independent contractor. /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
