Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 49,
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION & TOURISM, page 381, after
line 2, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to
read:
/ (PRT: Land Acquisition) Of the funds appropriated to
and/or authorized for the Department of Parks, Recreation, and
Tourism, the department is directed to expend up to $400,000 to
purchase the one hundred and seven acres of land neighboring
Lake Warren State Park./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
