EXPLANATION: Specifies that the 14th circuit must legislative delegation approval before participating in the pilot program.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 60, PROSECUTION COORDINATION COMMISSION, page 391, paragraph 60.13, line 23, by inserting after 2019.:
/The 14th circuit may only participate upon approval of the legislative delegation. /

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
