Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:
/ SECTION __. Section 16-11-700 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding an appropriately lettered subsection to read:
"(__) Evidence may be submitted to any local or state law enforcement agency showing footage or photographic evidence of a vehicle littering where the vehicle make, model, and license plate is clearly visible. If a fine is assessed and collected by the court, a reward must be awarded to the individual providing footage or photographic evidence equal to half the total amount of the fine." /
