Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 63-11-2290(B) and inserting:

telephone number and the web address of the department's
electronic complaint submission form prominently in clear view
of all employees and the public and in a conspicuous location on
the agency's website:

(3)
Department of Juvenile Justice;
(4)
Department of Health and Environmental Control;
(5)
Department of Health and Human Services;
(6)
Department of Disabilities and Special Needs;
(7)
John de la Howe School;
(8)
School for the Deaf and Blind;
(9)
Wil Lou Gray Opportunity School; and
(10)
Children's Advocacy Centers.
