Senator MALLOY proposed the following amendment (JUD5153.001):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 2, by striking lines 1-3, in Section 42-17-20, as contained in SECTION 1, and inserting the following:
    /         to by the parties and authorized by the commission. For purposes of this section, the 'county seat' is the county courthouse. These districts are defined as those districts designated by the commission and in effect as of January 1, 2018."         /
    Renumber sections to conform.
