    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-11-10, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS RELATIVE TO LICENSING OF CONTRACTORS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT GENERAL CONTRACTORS INCLUDE A PERSON WHO UNDERTAKES MARINE CONSTRUCTION FOR A FEE OF FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS OR MORE AND THAT MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS INCLUDE A PERSON WHO UNDERTAKES MARINE CONSTRUCTION FOR ANY FEE AND TO DEFINE MARINE CONSTRUCTION; AND TO AMEND SECTION 40-59-10, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS RELATIVE TO LICENSING RESIDENTIAL BUILDERS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT RESIDENTIAL BUILDERS INCLUDE A PERSON WHO UNDERTAKES MARINE CONSTRUCTION FOR ANY FEE.
