    A Bill to amend Title 40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 60 so as to enact the South Carolina Real Estate Appraiser Registration, License, and Certification Act; and to amend Sections 40-57-10, 40-57-20, 40-57-40, 40-57-90, as amended, 40-57-100, 40-57-110, 40-57-160, 40-57-170, and 40-57-240, relating to real estate brokers, counsellors, salesmen, appraisers, auctioneers and property managers, so as to delete certain references and provisions relating to real estate appraisers; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 40-57-115 so as to provide that the Real Estate Commission shall promulgate regulations establishing standards pertaining to education courses conducted pursuant to Chapter 57 of Title 40 and the schools or institutions conducting these courses; and to provide for the manner in which funding shall be provided to implement the provisions of this Act for fiscal year 1990-91.-amended title
