    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-6-175 so as to require hospitals to provide a copy of its annual health care financing report to the Division of Research and Statistical Services; and to amend Title 44 by adding Chapter 78 so as to enact the Emergency Medical Services Do Not Resuscitate Act, to provide for circumstances under which emergency medical services personnel may not resuscitate patients, to provide a form for this order, to provide for revocation of an order, and to provide civil and criminal immunity.-amended title
