    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 65, TITLE 12, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO SOUTH CAROLINA TEXTILES COMMUNITIES REVITALIZATION ACT, SO AS TO MAKE THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CHAPTER ALSO APPLICABLE TO ABANDONED GOVERNMENTAL PROPERTIES.
