    A Bill to amend Section 59-5-65, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the minimum standards for student conduct, attendance, and scholastic achievement, so as to change from November first to February first the date the Basic Skills Advisory Commission and the State Board of Education shall report to the Select Committee on an analysis of test scores and data for the preceding school year.
