    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 8-13-1348, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION AGAINST THE USE OF CAMPAIGN FUNDS FOR PERSONAL EXPENSES AND OTHER RELATED PROVISIONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT FINES, FEES, OR OTHER CHARGES IMPOSED BY AN APPROPRIATE SUPERVISORY OFFICE MAY NOT BE PAID FROM CAMPAIGN FUNDS.
