    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 23-6-20, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND ITS DIVISIONS, SO AS TO DELETE THE DIVISIONS ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION, AND TO DELETE THE PROVISION THAT TRANSFERRED THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF CERTAIN AGENCIES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT IS COMPRISED OF THE DIVISIONS OUTLINED IN THIS CHAPTER, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT SHALL MAINTAIN A LIST OF ITS DIVISIONS ON THE DEPARTMENT'S WEBSITE.
