    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-19-265(A)(4), SECTION 40-19-265(B)(4), AND 40-19-265(D)(4) OF THE 1976 CODE, ALL RELATING TO PERMIT REQUIREMENTS FOR FUNERAL HOMES, TO PROVIDE THAT DESIGNATED MANAGERS MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 40-19-20(16) WHO ARE CURRENT AND IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE BOARD MUST LIVE WITHIN A RADIUS OF FIFTY MILES OF THE FUNERAL HOME.
