AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE PRECINCT LINES IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY SHALL BE DEFINED AS SHOWN ON MAPS FILED WITH THE CLERK OF COURT OF THE COUNTY AND ON FILE WITH THE STATE ELECTION COMMISSION AND THE DIVISION OF RESEARCH AND STATISTICAL SERVICES OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Precinct lines defined as shown on maps

Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, on the effective date of this act, the precinct lines defining the precincts in Spartanburg County are as shown on maps filed with the clerk of court of the county and on file with the State Election Commission and the Division of Research and Statistical Services of the State Budget and Control Board.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor.
