AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROAD S-18-300, KNOWN AS THE KNIGHTSVILLE METHODIST CHURCH LOOP, IN DORCHESTER COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

SECTION 1. The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system Road S-18-300, known as the Knightsville Methodist Church Loop, in Dorchester County.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
