AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-280, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES IN GREENVILLE COUNTY, SO AS TO REVISE THE POLLING PLACE OF PRECINCT 52, GREER.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Polling place of Precinct 52 in Greenville County revised

SECTION 1. The fifty-third paragraph of Section 7-7-280 of the 1976 Code, as added by the provisions of Act 298 of 1982, is further amended to read:

"Precinct, 52, Greer, consists of that area bounded on the north by W. Poinsett St.; on the east by S. Miller St., Mulberry St. (Clifton Way), S. Main St., and Pelham St.; on the south by the city limits: and on the west by Jones Ave., the city limits, and S. Beverly Ln. The polling place for this precinct is Concord United Methodist Church."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
