AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-986, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO HUNTING IN GAME ZONE 11, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT FOXES MAY BE HUNTED AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-11-400 INSTEAD OF AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-11-750.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Seasons for hunting game in Game Zone 11; special provision for hunting foxes

SECTION 1. Section 50-11-986 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"Section 50-11-986. The open and closed seasons for the hunting of game and the methods of taking game in Game Zone 11 are the same as for Game Zone 6, except foxes may be hunted as provided by Section 50-11-400 instead of as provided by Section 50-11-750."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
