AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF MAGISTRATES IN CRIMINAL AND CIVIL MATTERS IN ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR COUNTYWIDE JURISDICTION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Orangeburg County magistrates

SECTION 1. The territorial jurisdiction of magistrates in Orangeburg County in criminal and civil matters extends throughout the county.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
