A JOINT RESOLUTION TO SUSPEND THE ENFORCEMENT AND APPLICATION OF INSURANCE DEPARTMENT REGULATION R69-44 ("LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE") UNTIL JUNE 30, 1991.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulation suspended

SECTION 1. Enforcement and application of Part E of Section 3 of Insurance Department regulation R69-44 ("Requirement for Home Care") is suspended until June 30, 1991.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
