A JOINT RESOLUTION TO REAUTHORIZE THE EXISTENCE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA BOARD FOR NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATORS AND COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY ADMINISTRATORS FOR THREE YEARS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Reauthorization
SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 1-20-60 of the 1976 Code, the existence of the South Carolina Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators and Community Residential Care Facility Administrators is reauthorized for three years.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
