AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A PORTION OF HIGHWAY 31 LOCATED IN MCCORMICK COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Portion of highway closed, removed
SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system that portion of Highway 31 from the southern corner of the BP-Gulf Oil Distributorship southwesterly to Highway 28 in McCormick County.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
