TO AMEND CHAPTER 25, TITLE 40, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF HEARING AID DEALERS AND FITTERS, SO AS TO CONFORM TO A UNIFORM FRAMEWORK FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND OCCUPATIONAL BOARDS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Chapter 25, Title 40 of the 1976 Code, as amended, is further amended to read:
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
