A JOINT RESOLUTION TO DISSOLVE THE DILLON COUNTY APPLIED TECHNOLOGY CENTER BOARD AND PROVIDE THAT ALL ITS POWERS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE DEVOLVED UPON THE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION OF DILLON COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Dillon County Applied Technology Center Board
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding another provision of law, the Dillon County Applied Technology Center Board is dissolved, and all its powers, duties, and responsibilities are devolved upon the County Board of Education of Dillon County.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 9th day of June, 1999.
