A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

COMMENDING BURNHAM H. "BILL" PERRY, SR., OF ROCK HILL ON BEING NAMED "1999 OUTSTANDING STATE EMPLOYEE".

Whereas, Burnham H. "Bill" Perry, Sr., of Rock Hill has been with the South Carolina Department of Revenue (formerly the S.C. Tax Commission) for over twenty-nine years, first as a revenue agent and currently as an auditor; and

Whereas, Mr. Perry also assists in the training of new employees as revenue agents and auditors for the Department of Revenue; and

Whereas, he has been named "1999 Outstanding State Employee"; and

Whereas, he is a gentleman of high professional standards and a dedicated, energetic worker; and

Whereas, we are delighted to have the opportunity to recognize him in this special manner. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, commends Burnham H. "Bill" Perry, Sr., of Rock Hill on being named "1999 Outstanding State Employee".

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. Perry.
