TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 2-1-220 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY MAY NOT RECEIVE SPECIAL PAY WHEN THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IS CONVENED FOR A SPECIAL OR EXTRA LEGISLATIVE SESSION IN A YEAR IN WHICH THERE ARE ACROSS THE BOARD REDUCTIONS IN STATE AGENCY BUDGETS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 2-1-220.
