VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
TO REPEAL SECTION 7-13-1040, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, WHICH PROHIBITS A PERSON FROM VOTING IN MORE THAN ONE PRIMARY ELECTION ON THE SAME DAY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 7-13-1040 of the 1976 Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
