VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
TO REPEAL SECTION 61-2-170, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION ON DRIVE-THROUGH OR CURB SERVICE SALES OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS, BEER, OR WINE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 61-2-170 of the 1976 Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
