A BILL

TO REDESIGNATE SECTION 38-71-280, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO AUTISM INSURANCE COVERAGE, AS SECTION 38-71-765.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 38-71-280 of the 1976 Code, as added by Act 65 of 2007, is redesignated as Section 38-71-765.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect July 1, 2008.
