TO REPEAL SECTION 41-27-525 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE AVAILABILITY OF UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FOR PERSONS SEEKING ONLY PART-TIME WORK.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 41-27-525 of the 1976 Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
