Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Chapter 1, Title 4 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 4-1-195.    Each year, each county must publish and distribute a document that identifies locations within the county where a homeless or needy person may go to receive shelter, health care, food, and other humanitarian assistance.
