To whom was referred a Bill (S. 1112) to amend Section 50-5-1710, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to size limits for certain fish that may be lawfully taken, etc., respectfully
That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

TO AMEND SECTION 50-5-1710, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO SIZE LIMITS FOR CERTAIN FISH THAT MAY BE LAWFULLY TAKEN, POSSESSED, LANDED, SOLD, OR PURCHASED, SO AS TO INCREASE THE SIZE LIMIT FOR FLOUNDER THAT MAY BE LAWFULLY TAKEN, POSSESSED, LANDED, OR SOLD.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 50-5-1710(B)(2) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 7 of 2013, is further amended to read:
"(2) flounder (Paralichthys) of less than fourteen fifteen inches total length;"
SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 2016.
