A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL, RELATING TO HORSE MEAT AND KANGAROO MEAT; FAIRS, CAMP MEETINGS, AND OTHER GATHERINGS; CAMPS; MOBILE/MANUFACTURED HOME PARKS; SANITATION OF SCHOOLS; AND NUISANCES, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 4552, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Department of Health and Environmental Control, regulations approved

SECTION    1.    The regulations of the Department of Health and Environmental Control, relating to Horse Meat and Kangaroo Meat; Fairs, Camp Meetings, and Other Gatherings; Camps; Mobile/Manufactured Home Parks; Sanitation of Schools; and Nuisances, designated as Regulation Document Number 4552, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Ratified the 10th day of March, 2016.

Became law without the signature of the Governor -- 3/16/16.
