State Expenditure
This bill renames the Nuclear Advisory Council to the Governor's Nuclear Advisory Council where referenced within the code of laws.
Department of Administration. The bill does not operationally or fiscally impact the Department of Administration. Therefore, the bill does not have an expenditure impact on the general fund, other funds, or federal funds.
Secretary of State. The bill does not operationally or fiscally impact the Secretary of State's Office. Therefore, the bill will not have an expenditure impact on the general funds, other funds, or federal funds

TO AMEND SECTION 13-7-810 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE NUCLEAR ADVISORY COUNCIL, TO RENAME THE COUNCIL; AND TO AMEND SECTION 1-5-40(A)(70) AND SECTION 1-11-10(A)(15) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE'S MONITORING OF STATE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS AND TO OFFICES, DIVISIONS, AND OTHER AGENCIES WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION, RESPECTIVELY, TO MAKE CONFORMING CHANGES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 13-7-810 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:
"Section 13-7-810. There is hereby established a the Governor's Nuclear Advisory Council in the Department of Administration, which shall be responsible to the Director of the Department of Administration and shall report to the Governor."
SECTION 2. Section 1-5-40(A)(70) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:
"(70) Governor's Nuclear Advisory Council"
SECTION 3. Section 1-11-10(A)(15) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:
"(15) the Governor's Nuclear Advisory Council as established in Article 9, Chapter 7, Title 13."
SECTION 4. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
