Completion of the 2015-16 Accountability Report, by the deadline stated in the report, fulfills the requirement to complete a Restructuring Report this year for the House Legislative Oversight Committee. The House Legislative Oversight Committee has worked with the South Carolina Department of Administration to integrate and combine many aspects of the Annual Restructuring Report into the Annual Accountability Report.
In 2016 the Oversight Committee worked with the Executive Budget Office to combine the information sought in the Annual Restructuring Report and Annual Accountability Report, into one report.

Annual Accountability Report, into one report. Since that time the Agency Accountability Report also satisfies the agency�s requirement for an Annual Restructuring Report.
Agencies that have completed a Program Evaluation Report may be asked to complete this document to ensure the information about the agency on this website remains current.

The SCTIB provided the Subcommittee a Project Summary Fiscal Year 2016 as a follow up to the March 10, 2016, Subcommittee meeting with the agency.
The Subcommittee sent this letter as a follow up to the March 10, 2016 Subcommittee meeting with the agency. This letter requests information about the following topics: (1) Project Selection and Bank Administration; and (2) Projects for Local Government.
The STIB provided the Subcommittee information in response to the Subcommittee�s March 23, 2016 letter, including a flash drive with the (1) Application Process; (2) copies of Applications; and (3) copies of Meeting Minutes.
The Subcommittee sent this letter as a follow up from the May 26, 2016 Subcommittee meeting with the agency. This letter requests additional information relating to the Legislative Audit Council�s May 2016 review of the agency.
The Subcommittee requested the following information after the June 28, 2016 meeting: (1) updated organizational chart; (2) summary document of the new operating guidelines, noting those which implement or begin the implementation process of any Legislative Audit Council (LAC) recommendations; (3) general timeline for implementation of the LAC recommendations; and (4) any recommendations the agency would like the Subcommittee to consider for inclusion as a part of its study.
The SCTIB provided the Subcommittee the following information in response to the Subcommittee�s July 6, 2016, letter: (1) SCTIB organizational chart (August 16); (2) response to Legislative Audit Council�s recommendations; and (3) SCTIB operating guidelines.
The Subcommittee sent this letter as a follow up from the August 25, 2016, meeting with the agency. This letter requests information about projects that are currently active; an update to a program summary of approved projects; and applications received.
The SCTIB provided the Subcommittee the following information in response to the Subcommittee�s September 7, 2016, letter: (1) list of current projects; (2) application categories list; (3) update projects summary; and (4) draft revised SCTIB operating guidelines.
The Subcommittee sent this letter as a follow up from the October 31, 2016, meeting requesting information on a variety of topics.
The STIB provided this information in response to the Subcommittee�s November 4, 2016, letter.
The Committee sent this letter as a follow up to its study of the agency. The letter requests an update on the working relationship between SCTIB and the Department of Transportation (DOT) in light of the changes effected by Act 275 of 2016 with regards to the approval process for providing a loan or other financial assistance to a qualified borrower on a qualified project, to include a description of how these provisions have been implemented.
The SCTIB responds to the Committee�s April 3, 2018 letter, which requested an update on the working relationship between SCTIB and DOT in light of the changes effected by Act 275 of 2016.

The presentation addressed topics including, but not limited to, comparison of the following in CA, FL, GA, MO, OH, TX, and SC: (1) State and Total Lane Miles per capita; (2) State and Total Lane Miles Per Unit of Land Area; and (3) Fuel Taxes.
