Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION:

/ SECTION      __.      After the effective date of this act, the Director of the Department of Corrections shall issue a progress report to each member of the General Assembly every ninety days regarding the consolidation of the Department of Corrections with the Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon services. /
