Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION:

/ SECTION      __.      After the effective date of this act, the Director of the Department of Corrections shall issue a progress report to each member of the General Assembly every one hundred eighty days regarding the consolidation of the Department of Corrections with the Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon services. /
