Rep. OTT proposes the following Amendment No. 22 to H. 4894 (COUNCIL\AGM\19529SD12):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking SECTION 4 on page 9 in its entirety and inserting:

/ SECTION      4.      This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and expires on December 31, 2017, unless reauthorized by the General Assembly by law. The tax deductions authorized by Section 1 and tax credits authorized by Section 2 of this act may be taken to the extent authorized beginning with calendar year 2012. /
