Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

/SECTION      __.      Members of the General Assembly serving at the time of this act's effective date are not eligible to take the tax deduction provided for in Section 12-6-1145 of the 1976 Code, as added by Section 1 of this act, for four years after this act's effective date.      /
