Senator HEMBREE proposed the following amendment (3516R064.SP.GH):
    Amend the amendment bearing the filepath L:\S-RES\AMEND\3516R067.KM.GH.DOCX, as and if amended, SECTION 7A, by striking Section 12-36-2110(A)(4)(b) and inserting:
/             (b)     one hundred percent of any amount collected above three hundred dollars must be credited to the Infrastructure Maintenance Trust Fund."

    Renumber sections to conform.
