EXPLANATION: Reduce the Child Abuse & Medical Response Program appropriations by $1,125,000 to be redirected to the Local Government Fund.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 20A, UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA, page 47, lines 16-17, opposite /Child Abuse & Neglect Medical Response Program/ by decreasing the amounts in Columns 3 and 4 by:
     Column 3      Column 4
     1,125,000      1,125,000

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
