Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 10, immediately after line 25, by inserting a new line to read:

Statewide School Resource Officers
     $5,000,000      $5,000,000

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
