Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part II, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

/ SECTION ___.The Department of Education is authorized to expend federal CARES Act funds authorized in this joint resolution or in Act 142 of 2020 to reimburse any necessary funds required by a school district to implement the camps described in SECTION 5 of Act 142 of 2020. The department shall reimburse the expenses regardless of whether the instruction takes place face-to-face or virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. /
