Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 4, by striking Section 44-41-660 (A) as contained in SECTION 3 and inserting the following:

/ Section 44-41-660 (A). Section 44-41-650 does not apply to a physician who performs or induces an abortion if the pregnancy is the result of rape or incest. /
